The Y561D015-12x35-2.5-A dot laser module from Lasence are high quality DPSS that operates at a wavelength of 561nm (532nm, 545nn, 555nm optional) It delivers an output power of over 10mW and has a high stability. Its operating volatge is 3V, and current is less than 400mA, with TEM00 mode.
